Hours for dropping off/picking up your pet:
Monday to Friday: 9 AM to 6 PM by appointment. Please try to avoid the hours between noon and 2 PM , as we like to provide a “quiet time” at the kennel during that time.
Saturday: 9 AM to 1 PM by appointment.
Sunday: 3 pm to 5 pm by appointment.
Tours:
Monday to Friday: 9 AM to 6 PM by appointment.
Saturday: 10 AM to 12 PM by appointment.

We charge by the day. What is a day?
You are charged for the drop off day regardless of the time, on day you drop off. Monday to Saturday if you pick up between 9-10 am there is no charge for that day. Sunday's we are only open from 3pm to 5pm, so there is no morning pick up so you are always charged for Sunday's.
